Skip and Concat in Scala Version

In case developers are using both the Scala and Java version is it possible to add Skip and Concat also for consistency but also retain the Scala version.

That's not necessary thanks to Scala's value classes: In bytecode, rx.lang.scala.Observable appears as rx.lang.scala.Observable for the Scala compiler, but it appears as rx.Observable for the Java compiler. So if you write Java code, you use skip and concat, and if you write Scala code, you use drop and ++.

Scala bindings are further improving in 0.16.0 and it no longer attempts to transparently interop between Java and Scala. Therefore, developers will know and can choose which they are working with.
