I encountered the same issue and it's causing problems in VS Code using the integrated terminal: EnvironmentPSReadLine: 2.2.0-beta2 Last 0 Keys

As a note, I reverted to Powershell 7.2.0-preview.5 which resolved this issue. |
Thanks for reporting and using the preview version of PowerShell!
This was addressed by #2524. We will release 2.2.0-beta3 with this fix today or tomorrow. |
