clone block increment name of the image

Hi,
I was using a custom clone_block that allow me to increment the variable inside the block that I'm cloning and clone the image inside, but the name of the image in the folder word/media, are still the same.
How can I clone and increment the name of the image?
I started to add the image in the folder word/media just using:

 $templateprocessor->zipClass->addFile($filepath, 'word/media/image'.$index), 

but they are not incrementer on the doc, how can I edit the xml t oincrement them? I posted the same question on stackoverflow as well.
