Ensemble cross plot statistics

We want to show cross plot curves from multiple realizations. The current implementation works like this

• establish a suitable resample period
• resample each realization with the same period to make sure we have the same distance between samples in all realizations
• divide the X-axis into equally sized bins
• count number of samples in a bin
• compute P10/P90 if the number of samples is above a given threshold

Questions: How should statistics be computed for the last bin? The number of samples is above threshold, but the number of realizations is very low. Should we include a realization count threshold per bin?

Suggested improvement

For values in a one bin

• create a mean value for each realization
• use the realization mean value when computing P10/P90
• add a threshold for minimum realization count before computing P10/P90
