[FEAT] new fruit field on site

Summary

• Add new fruit field with new styling for the form
• Fix issue with CORS
• Create config
• Add client side validation using HTML5 input types and required attribute
• reset form on submission

Note: Getting Line 142: Emojis should be wrapped in <span>, have role="img", and have an accessible description with aria-label or aria-labelledby jsx-a11y/accessible-emoji However jsx-eslint/eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y#713 this lint rule has been deprecated. This can be safely ignored.
