A transitive dependency of media_kit_video is both activating an audio session and FORCING the category to be .playback when the app is onscreened.

This should be removed ASAP as it will cause issues for any consumer that also interacts with audio.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be on iOS
2. See that audio session is activated and changed to `.playback` upon onscreening the application.
