materialSample: add new sample error

When I am using the material sample form to add a new sample to a record, I am getting the following error, despite providing a sample type: Action Status: ERROR inserting material sample record (1): Field 'sampleType' doesn't have a default value

Hi @ricklevy21 , this has been fixed, but will take a little while for that fix to propagate to your portal!
