Upgrade Path to react-bootstrap-table2 ? Donate Button ?

I looked for any issues regarding an upgrade path and didn't see much in the way of details. I'm wanting to use your library for my application react based table needs but am concerned about the potential future upgrade path. Do you foresee an upgrade path there?

Also one of my fellow dev team members asked if you would post up a Donate button. You are offering a great library and I think the best way to contribute is to add to your library. But many of us do not have time for that and would like to contribute monetarily if possible. What are your thoughts on that?

HI @TonyAshworth I wanna say thanks firstly.

About the upgrade path, in react-bootstrap-table2, it's almost totally different with react-bootstrap-table. But some basic usage still same as react-bootstrap-table, I'll try to write some migrate document. In addition, because react-bootstrap-table2 still work in progress, I hope I can finish about 80% functionality in this year, and also have a official release.

About the donate button, I'll put it 👍 ASAP :)
