Beanie 2.0 support

Beanie has now released 2.0.0 and uses pymongo async.

I forked this repo, overwrote the pyproject.toml to test with beanie>=2.0.0. All the repo tests pass. I've also been working with this now off my git commit for a few days and don't have any issues.

Can we look to do a release (and any other testing you think is needed) with the beanie dependencies to allow beanie <3 please? Thanks

Seconded! In the interim, I've been able to create a package with that fix, but I'm losing my mind on how to include it in my pyproject.toml such that it installs both in my local virtualenv (really just used by my ide) and in my docker-compose.yaml - any tips would be appreciated!

I played around with this for a good bit. While the tests pass, they still import and reference the motor classes (here and here). I guess as Beanie dropped using motor, fastapi-users-db-beanie shouldn't depend on motor, either. It's also discontinued. So the tests should work with

from pymongo.asynchronous.database import AsyncDatabase
from pymongo.asynchronous.mongo_client import AsyncMongoClient

instead of

from motor.motor_asyncio import AsyncIOMotorClient, AsyncIOMotorDatabase

The problem is compatibility with beanie<2.0.0 (or at least any lower version that doesn't come with the modules under the pymongo.asynchronous namespace).

@frankie567 I know you're already busy building an alternative, but could you have a look at the two PRs addressing this issue? I think this one might actually be a quick fix.
