Remove old Baseline definition schema fields

This disposes of the old is_baseline and since fields, striking them from the schema.

• flexbox: set Baseline status #450
• grid: set Baseline status (and correct feature list) #451
• structured-clone: set Baseline status (and correct feature list) #452
