Is this project considered stable or not?

The README has a checkbox labeled "Stable v1.0.0 release" that is checked off, but the docs intro page still says:

WARNING

🚀 VueQuill is in @1.2.0 version! Currently the focus is on making VueQuill stable and feature complete first. It is not recommended to use this for anything serious yet. Some of its features are not "finalized" and will have breaking changes over time as we discover better solutions.

Can one of these be updated to give a more consistent indication of the project's stability?
