How can I set a height or min-height for the editor?

You can do this on the quill.js directly be applying a scoped style to the quill container:

Is there a prop for this on vue-quill?

For me it worked just adding: style="min-height: 300px":

<QuillEditor v-model:content="editorStr" contentType="html" style="min-height: 200px"/>
