Unable to pick "Specific Node" in Content Picker

Which Umbraco version are you using? (Please write the exact version, example: 10.1.0)

Bug summary

When i try to choose a "Specific Node" in the content picker, it doesn't add it.

This was also a bug in 15.3-rc1 but not 15.2.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Content Picker Data Type
2. Under "Node type" click on "Specify root node"
3. Under "Pick origin" click on "Specific Node"
4. Choose a node (it doesn't matter which, because no nodes are gonna work.)
5. It isn't showing up, so you cannot pick a node...

As you can see in this image it still says "Specify root node" even though i just picked one.
