Disable a11y warnings or just include eslint for full linting configuration support

You wouldn't ask google.com to disable the autofocus, so there are exceptions. How can I disable this warning without disabling them all?

I was chatting with Rich about this a while ago and decided probably the nicest way to handle this was #824 but I never got around to revisiting that. I might take another look at it now actually.
