task:executor keep-alive not explained in documentation [SPR-12407]

In section http://docs.spring.io/spring/docs/current/spring-framework-reference/html/scheduling.html#scheduling-task-namespace-executor

there is this sentence: "In a moment, we will review the effects of the keep-alive setting which adds yet another factor to consider when providing a pool size configuration. But first..."

But promised explanation is missing.
