Register OAuth2AuthorizedClientService as part of OAuth2 auto-config

From @jgrandja: OAuth2AuthorizedClientService can be used to lookup existing OAuth2AccessTokens in the repository. The auto-config needs to register a bean for it and configure it using oauth2Login().authorizedClientService()
