Here's an image of what some search results in the docs look like:
Notice the color on the first entry. This means this entry is selected. I never clicked on this entry, but simply because this is the last entry my mouse was over, it was selected. This can happen to any entry in the search results. Now if I go back to the search bar and search anything, when I hit enter, instead of searching for my query, I go to the page of whatever previous search entry was selected.
This is probably my biggest annoyance with the docs right now. Until I sat down today and figured out exactly what was going on, I just dealt with the docs randomly deciding to go to random pages I never clicked on.
