Sorry, I don't know how to make this reproducible, since it's such a bizarre issue. Here's the link to the page I'm talking about:

This dashboard was working just fine when it was rendered as an independent webpage in RStudio. However, once I copied it over and added it as a link on my larger website, the navbar buttons stopped working. When I click on them, I can see the link changing - for example, I can see "#tables" text added in the address bar when I click the Tables button. But the browser won't actually navigate to that link unless I manually refresh the page with that modified link.
Side question: I also haven't been able to figure out why the Leaflet markers never seem to render the first time, but pop up just fine after I refresh the page once.
