Add support for arm64 python wheels #58
Description
Currently the python wheels are only built for x86_64 on mac (see here). It would be nice to add support for Apple Silicon (e.g. "macosx_11_0_arm64") in the BUILD file and also have these wheels uploaded to pypi.
