Error opening downloaded videos 

1. In [Download Youtube Videos](https://github.com/pythonites/Every-Python-Code-Ever/blob/main/codes%20inside/download_videos_from_net.py) program downloaded videos don't get played. It says error occurred.

2. 403 error downloading videos from other websites.
3. How to include headers in urlretrieve??
