The synchronous and asynchronous ModbusTcp Server API (StartTcpServer) provides for no direct way to bind to a non-standard Interface or Port.
I've added a 'server_address' keyword parameter, to allow optional specification of the interface and port. The default behaviour remains unchanged -- uses "" as the interface, and Defaults.Port (502) as the port.
