adb and others cannot be run by the mode, and result in errors when trying to run a sketch on a device or in the emulator. Observed in the 4.0-beta2.

A temporary workaround consists in manually setting the executable flag from the terminal using chmod @auzal

This cannot be fixed from the mode, but added some warning messages to help the user: 9723f43
