revert: "README.md: add dependabot bagde."

This reverts commit cbd3fcd.

It has been decided that this bot not so helpful because I still have to edit/update its commits:
- their description don't conform conventional commits
- it's impossible to update 2+ dependencies in one shot (to have atomic commits)
- most of the time I wanted to provide my own links to the changelogs
