Week 7 king minimum ordering

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Refactored the kingOrdering and minDegreeOrdering functions to unify coding style, improve type safety, and update return types for better consistency and clarity.
• Re-enabled previously commented-out logic in ordering_driver.cpp, allowing selection and output of results for different ordering algorithms.
• Introduced a new SQL test file (kingOrdering.pg) to create and populate a kot test table, with an initial implementation that still contains some syntax issues to be fixed.
