Perl devel seems to be stuck?

perl-devel seems to be stuck at 5.37.11?

I guess you are referring to perldocker/perl-tester images, there :devel is 5.37.11.

Proper repository is https://github.com/Perl/docker-perl-tester, there is an action which should be executed to rebuild images. I will forward this issue to #toolchain IRC channel for more info.

So I finally found out root cause.
Plain tag :devel is based on perl:devel-buster which appears to be v5.37.11 as well.

so who controls that tag?
