Nav bar in data browser reduces view space of info panel

Current Limitation

The nav bar in data browser reduces the view space of info panel content, as it is positioned under the data info panel:

Feature / Enhancement Description

If the info panel is visible, the nav bar should reduce in width, like the data browser rows do, so that the info panel can make use of the bottom vertical space.
