While Safari is still available for windows, its version is 5.1. http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1531
Since we're showing the latest version (7), this in particular is only available for mac systems, therefore the "available for" is for mac os only.

Safari for Windows is like IE8, Apple has stopped to support it anyway. It is no point recommending users to use Safari for Windows.
