[bug] Need a way to configure running port

Port 3000 is still often taken. Need to allow users to configure different works more easily

@Kitenite you already can. Go into settings within you project. Change the URL there.

@lulkebit I think perhaps it should also update the default port on the project itself like send in PORT=5173 or something since that only changes the listening ports

Yes, but I think we should handle that better for less technical people
