New release? 0.29.1?

Hi, last release is almost 1 year old, and there are some fixes already merged I would like to get, any ETA on a new release?

The next release will be 0.30.0.

In the past, I was thinking about getting everything ready and doing a release, but now, I kinda wanna do it quickly to keep the project rolling 😮‍💨

In Nix 0.30.0, most interfaces should have I/O safety adopted, so there are a lot of braking changes included. We should help Nix users migrate to 0.30.0.

Can we please get an 0.29.1 release first? I am trying to upgrade from 0.27 to 0.29 hit the off-by-one issue with Backlog. I do not want to wait some unspecified amount of time to wait for 0.30, and have to do more breaking changes.
