Enable pass-through tags as an extra field to allow users to get custom metadata output

Description
The purpose of this feature is to enable a user to be able to pass in labels/Tags and go straight to the raw output so a user could pass this in and get in the output - extra field to allow users to get metadata output. This way a user can designate custom tag to be output in the CLI to pass along meta data in a pipeline to an output file or other application.

Acceptance Criteria

• Enable a --metadata tag that takes a string so that the user can fill it in to pass it through to the output in the CLI.
