yanked the cargo version, and sent support ticket to remove that crate that create from cargo.io

We don't remove crates except for legal reasons or when the crates violate our policies, to keep the registry as immutable as possible. You can yank all versions of multiwii_serial_protocol_v2, and someday they will show up differently in search results. Thanks!
