Testing #21288

Wasn't able to see a Create Environment button or underline hint in the test pyproject.toml file.

Little tricky getting the logs from my very sparse Linux machine but he's the output:

@karrtikr From the screenshot it looks like Python extension is not finding or selecting the python for the environment.

Started working after I explicitly set the Python Interpreter.
