docs(FormField): improve examples for the usage of the control prop

Problem description

Defining custom controls, or adding additional properties to the controls, like placeholder for example, is not obvious.

Proposed solution

We should create more examples about how they can be defined, and even maybe introduce the kind property proposed in #512 for handling different controls.
