Hi, I'm corrently using v1.0.0-beta.13. To simulate this, just do 2 things:

  1. $ ionic start myApp sidemenu, enter on menu.html, and change "Back" to "Previous".
  2. Open the Playlist.html and change the title of the tag ion-view to: "The Entire Grand Playlist".

The result you can see above, a truncated title with elipssis.

ionic error

I did a quick search and found a similar issue #945, i guess this should be resolved.

I know that the title is huge, but there is enough space to the text be displayed.

This should be fixed in the nightly builds. The entire nav bar has received an overhaul. That said, there may still be some cases where the title gets truncated.
