Export Queue Metrics using prometheus

I was trying to pull the IBMMQ queue and channel metrics using the container and it seems these metrics are not exported.
There are open tickets on this as well. #232
Do we have any updates on this?
(or)
Any alternate solution to collect the queue metrics via prometheus?
