bug: `registry` service not correct

Overview

Current registry service is broken and seems to have bugs.

Proposal

Pull from main chain-registry if needed.
Only Denom information should be overridden.

What are the bugs?
Chain Schema

• pretty_name empty
• keywords empty: eg: Osmosis has keyword: dex
• logo_URIs empty
• staking.lockduration is wrong, set to default but not the correct chain one
• codebase is wrong: but does not matter
• even when registry.localhost is enabled, peers.seeds[].address is k8s dns instead of localhost for genesis node
• peers.persistent_peers[].address is wrong

AssetList:

• Only single asset is present, even though we define multiple denoms for the chain
• assets[].name, assets[].display, assets[].symbol are wrong: since we only use token name, all set to same
• assets[].logo_URIs and assets[].keywords missing
• assets[].denom_units[].exponent should be int instead of string

IBC denoms are compeletly missing. Not sure what is the best way to add them?
Some assets also have assets[].type_asset for ics20 tokens in the list

IBC schame:

• chain_<>.chain_name should be type instead of chain_id. Not sure if this is a good idea in the first place (for starship)
• channels[].ordering should be unordered instead of current ORDER_UNORDERED (have to check schema)
