Add new fields and updates for the Creating issues endpoint

Feature Description

Currently in the POST /repos/{owner}/{repo}/issues endpoint, we couldn't add the Projects info and add Dependency between any tickets. Also the body field in the request, only accepts the string format , so it's hard to fetch the details and display as in the json format

Also request to update this on POST /repos/{owner}/{repo}/issues/{index} endpoint also
