Synapse matrix is missing the admin login web page

For the Element client, i need to create users on the synapse admin page.
This existed in previous versions of synapse (on Umbrel) but is now not included in the build / app

Could someone please instruct me on how to set up the admin page, or will that be added sometime soon?
