Description
Issue Statement:
Our current system lacks the ability to provide a consolidated, unified view of a client's complete interaction history across multiple business verticals (Logistics & Portal) within a single window, hindering effective cross-product pitching and client management.
Issue Detailed Description:
We operate with two distinct business verticals: Logistics and Pazago Portal. We have a significant overlap in our customer base, meaning the same client may be a prospect or customer for both products. Currently, when interacting with a client, our sales/relationship teams cannot view their entire history for both verticals simultaneously. This fragmented view means we cannot easily track the complete journey for a client, including:
Their engagement status (status and sub-status) for each specific product (e.g., are they "Prospecting" for Logistics but "Trialing" for Portal?).
Notes relevant to either product (e.g., a note about their cargo type for Logistics, versus a note about their document management needs for Portal).
Last contact dates and the specific product discussed during that contact. This lack of integrated history leads to inefficiencies, potential missed opportunities for cross-selling, and a disjointed client experience, as teams may not have full context when pitching or managing a client. We need a mechanism to enable tracking of distinct leads for Logistics and Portal while consolidating all client history under a single client profile.
Steps to Replicate the issue:
Access a client's profile in the current system (e.g., "Client XYZ Corp").
Attempt to view their engagement status, notes, and contact history related to both their potential Logistics needs and their potential Pazago Portal needs.
Observe that the current interface typically displays information specific to one product/lead context or requires navigating between different sections/leads to gather fragmented data.
Current behavior:
Client data, status, notes, and contact history are siloed, often tied to a single "lead" or "deal" record which is implicitly linked to only one product vertical.
To understand a client's full relationship with Pazago, users must manually piece together information from separate lead/deal entries or even separate system modules.
No integrated "setting" or "view" allows enabling or consolidating updates from different vertical-specific leads under one client profile.
Basically only deals is visible now.
Expected behavior:
A single client profile should offer a unified "360-degree view" of all interactions, regardless of the vertical.
Within this view, users should be able to clearly see:
Separate status and sub-status tracking for each vertical's lead (e.g., "Logistics Lead Status: Prospecting - Tier 1," "Portal Lead Status: Demo Scheduled - Follow-up").
All historical notes, clearly tagged or organized by the relevant product/vertical they pertain to.
Last contact date, specifying which product/vertical was discussed (e.g., "Last Contact: 2025-06-20 (Logistics Discussion) / 2025-06-15 (Portal Demo)").
A setting or toggle to easily enable/disable visibility of updates pertaining to specific vertical leads within this consolidated view.
This would allow for more informed cross-pitching and comprehensive client relationship management from a single window.
