Update all extensions to latest version of firebase-admin

We need to update all extensions to use the latest version of firebase-admin. Old versions of firebase-admin were using jsonwebtoken < 9.0.0, which has a number of security vulnerabilities. firebase-admin fixed this vulnerable dependency in v11.4.1 (firebase/firebase-admin-node#2025), so we should update all extensions to use the latest version of firebase-admin to address this vulnerability
