https://exercism.org/docs/building/tracks/practice-exercises#h-file-docs-hints-md indicates the hints should be a single .docs/hints.md file. The three hints could be separate sections in that file

Globally, Exercism prefers one sentence per line for Markdown (https://exercism.org/docs/building/markdown/markdown#h-one-sentence-per-line).

I'm a maintainer elsewhere on Exercism so you'll want an Erlang maintainer specifically.
