Thread panel open state is not preserved on reloading the browser tab for currently viewed room

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the threads panel in any room.
2. Reload the browser tab. Other than user initiated, reloads can also happen when updating the client to a new version.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The threads panel to stay open after reloading the tab.

What happened instead?

The threads panel is closed.

This only seems the affect the room you were currently viewing when reloading the tab. Other rooms are preserving the state for the threads panel on tab reload as expected.
