Standardise invite people to space workflow

Steps to reproduce

• Right click Space in left panel, "Invite people"
• Quick actions in left panel, "Invite people"

-> Link/other method dialog pops up

• "Explore rooms" -> "Invite"
• Right click Space in left panel, "Members" -> "Invite to this space"

-> Invite with username/email/name/share dialog pops up

I personally think this dialog could be a bit frustrating compared to other products (as inviting by email/username is an extra click away), it just kind of adds up over time to feeling a bit more effort, but consistency makes sense. Would like to in the near future have a better share/invite experience overall.

So, if room is public (which is what decides if that dialog appears)

• "Explore rooms" -> "Invite"
• Right click Space in left panel, "Members" -> "Invite to this space"
• Right click Space in left panel, "Invite people"
• Quick actions in left panel, "Invite people"

Show dialog.

If not public, go to invite dialog.
