Displayed room names are not properly updated

Description

Room tiles are not properly re-rendered on new "m.room.name" events.

Displayed room names at creation is "Empty Room".

Changing the room name from the room settings dialog does not update the rendering, neither in the room list nor in the dialog title.

On the other hand, clicking on the room name in the list causes the new name to be taken into account.

I can reproduce this reliably on creating a new room:

empty.room.mov

I'm no longer able to reproduce this issue, as of the latest develop branch.

All of the following actions result in the room name updating correctly in the sidebar and in the room view title:

1. Creating a room
2. Renaming the room name through the room settings
3. Renaming the room in another client

If you're still able to reproduce, could you please check if there are any errors in the console, and report here? Thanks in advance.

Indeed this bug is mostly fixed, only the room name in the title of the settings window is not updated (minor problem IMO)

I confirm the issue remains in the settings dialog title, fixed in matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#6916.
