Keyboard shortcuts to end of table should apply stuckToBottom

As a user if I use ctrl+end or ctrl+arrow down (mac use cmd instead), it scrolls to the bottom of the table. However, it does not track a ticking table. On these shortcuts we should apply stuckToBottom to keep scrolling with the end of the table.
