For the purposes of metrics gathering, it would be great to support a simple --stats option to collect counts for encountered codes.

To start, an option like:

-s, --stats           Show lint statistics.

with output something like:

...

1 file analyzed, 3 issues found.
-------------------------------------
non_constant_identifier_names       2
unnecessary_getters                 1
-------------------------------------
