The scroll bar is 4 pixels wide making it super hard to drag. This is especially annoying because the anchors on this page do not work.

How to reproduce:

I would go as far as to say it is virtually impossible to use the scrollbar at present on some platforms which prevent clicking on the rightmost 3 pixels of the scrollbar.
