Originally opened as dart-lang/sdk#8443

We should support remote logging (so, for example, exceptions can be logged to servers for analysis)

i cant log in with my accont on the computer i use but other people can log in for me iam only able to log in on a different computer with asycuda

This should be handled outside of this package.
