Short tag cypress/included:13.11.0 points to Node.js 18.20.3 versions

Issue

On https://hub.docker.com/r/cypress/included/tags the short tag

cypress/included:13.11.0 is incorrectly linked to

• cypress/included:cypress-13.11.0-node-18.20.3-chrome-125.0.6422.141-1-ff-126.0.1-edge-125.0.2535.85-1

it should however still be linked to Cypress 13.11.0 with Node.js 20.14.0, not Node.js 18.20.3

• cypress/included:cypress-13.11.0-node-20.14.0-chrome-125.0.6422.141-1-ff-126.0.1-edge-125.0.2535.85-1

The problem was created by an oversight in

• PR feat: publish set of node.js 18.20.3 images #1098

Suggestion

This is probably best corrected manually on the Docker Hub portal.
