slides: re-enable slides build #640
Description
Currently hieroglyph doesn't work correctly with Sphinx 7 as a result of multiple issues.
The slides build has subsequently been turned off in #655, we aren't making use of the slides at this moment in time so can get away with this for now but should restore them when hieroglyph is patched.
